|WEDNESDAY||green power smoothie||greenie pizza & garden salad||chicken & apple casserole||Save 2nd serve of casserole for lunch tomorrow|
|THURSDAY||coconut berry bowl||chicken & apple casserole||lemon quinoa||cook some extra quinoa for a back-up meal if desired|
|FRIDAY||almond bliss smoothie||salmon hotcakes & micro greens||chicken & zucchini salad||swap micro for rocket or coz lettuce if desired|
|SATURDAY||caveman bread with 2 eggs scrambled||avocado omelette||fennel & almond fish||toast bread and add a little butter if desired|
|SUNDAY||Herb rolls topped with avocado & tomato||carrot, beetroot salad||pesto chicken with garden salad||use mayo recipe for salad dressing|
Daily Water Goal
- 40 mls per kg of body weight.
- Add fresh lemon to all water.
- Spread throughout the day
- Finish before 3pm.
Snacks During the Day (have all 3 if desired)
- 1 apple diced
- 4-5 celery sticks & 1/4 cup Hummus
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
